Returning Choristers Workshop
July 10 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm| Free
Welcome back to singing with AMC!
This is the first of two pre-season workshops for AMC singers to meet our new music director, Scott Youngs, and begin preparation for the 2021-22 season. The second workshop on July 24 is open to the public and all prospective members of AMC.
Choristers will work on healthy vocal production, vowel shape, intonation, timbre, breath control and support, and diction. In the process, singers will learn Scott’s expectations for the Chorale and more about their own strengths and areas that might need improvement.
Sign-in begins at 8:30 AM, workshop downbeat at 9:00.
Eat a high-protein breakfast, we have a lot of ground to cover!
The workshop is free of charge.
AMC Policy requires proof of full COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccination before participation.
See details on the AMC Website.
